Cuenta con espacios comunes de piscina, gym, terraza con asadores y jardín. Se encuentra a pasos de la ciudad universitaria, solo 10 minutos caminando de Plaza España y 5 minutos en auto del Hospital Privado. Las parada de bus que se dirigen a las Sierras de Córdoba están a solo 50 metros de la entrada al edificio.
