Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

From this perfectly located home base, everything is within reach. On the edge of the lively village of Lormes is this fine house with a lovely walled garden that offers a lot of privacy and has a beautiful view of the church and beautiful sunsets. The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding. For people who have trouble getting around there is a bedroom and a shower room in the ground floor. There is a folding bed and a high chair for the little ones. Located in a small village with all amenities 2.5km away. Nature lovers you can enjoy the Yonne at the end of the garden, the Canal du Nivernais 300 meters away for bike rides or walking.
