25m² studio located just a 12-minute walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the centre of Sitges, and 45 minutes by train from the city of Barcelona. It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Charming house

Ideal little house to retire for a few days alone or with a partner. It has a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is also a sofa bed. It should be noted that the accommodation is totally independent but I live right next door. You can enjoy the patio, I have another independent space. We only share the entrance from the street, and to enter my house I access through the patio.
