Perfect for 1 or 2 couples, Blue Kai has plenty of space indoors and out. Enjoy the comfortable sitting areas by the pool or on the partially covered front porch, sipping cocktails and watching the boats in Coral Harbor. Both bedrooms have outdoor, native stone showers and AC. The kitchen is well equipped with a large prep area. You will find everything you need for dinner in. Blue Kai is located in the quiet Seagrape Hill neighborhood with paved roads and a paved driveway (as of Oct 2024)

Located on the "quiet side of the island", this fabulous 1 bedroom home is a dream with loads of deck space and breathtaking views of the ocean. Upstairs: living/kitchen, full bath (+outdoor shower!). Downstairs: Bedroom with king Tempur-Pedic bed and spacious ensuite bathroom/ shower. Upstairs living room also offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed. Parking, bedroom A/C, Starlink WiFi, battery backup, laundry, and all a mile from Salt Pond beach. 4 wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended.

House Aceso was newly listed on the rental market at the very end of 2022 after five full months of renovations, upgrades, and new furniture/appliances shipped in. Located on the quiet side of the island in Coral Bay, our home is nestled among the natural beauty of St. John—home to wild goats, sheep, and donkeys!
