Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is located in an excellent area, close to the beach and with easy access to pharmacy, market, restaurants and everything we needed. The 24h gatehouse was a great differential, as it brought us a lot of security both on arrival and on departure. The apartment is cozy, super clean, with towels and bedding smells, all very well taken care of. A place that really made us feel right at home! The host was extremely polite, accessible, and attentive at all times — something increasingly rare to find. Without a doubt, we will be back for sure! 💙

Fulfilled the goal we went to in Rio, for the Stray Kids concert, therefore the apartment was in a very central place and served us since we arrived late just to sleep

The nearby beaches are very good and the neighborhood is very quiet and quiet. The space at the back of the house, which includes a swimming pool and barbecue, is grandly pleasant and familiar. I just finished another stay at Patrick's Colonial Casa. I was there for 11 nights. I like the old style of the house - tall ceilings, lots of windows with shutters, easy access. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave and panini grill. Electric hot shower works well. Small balcony with washer is great area for laundry with outdoor drying. Patrick and Elias are easy to communicate with. I look forward to returning yet again, soon.

I had an unforgettable stay at Marco’s house in Leblon. The 360-degree views are absolutely stunning — you’re surrounded by beauty in every direction. Marco was incredibly friendly and communicative, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect: warm, welcoming, and fully equipped with every detail thoughtfully prepared. Marco even left us a wonderful fruit basket, which was such a kind gesture. He and his family were so warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach and set in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommended.

I liked the apartment, it has everything you need for a good stay, Thiago was always willing to help, he was very helpful. The location is privileged close by you have everything (drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants) and the metro station is very close. I will definitely be back.

Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

Ideal place for a couple, served us super well, well located, gentle porters, silent building, host always available when I needed it and the best thing is that the apartment is in the heart of Lapa, close to everything. Dona hosana's space is very good, my family and I feel at home. From the town to walk to the aquarium, museum of tomorrow, Ferris wheel, Muhcab. Easy to find Uber in the area. I didn't really like the bakeries around, it's better to go to Colombo confectionery ( for those who like a good breakfast) or do it in the apartment. Indico take a day to go to the Santa Tereza cable car, then staircase, then aquarium, giant wheel and museum, as it will have Uber savings! Dona hosana very nice, I'll definitely be back.

The site is very well located, close to everything that someone who goes to Rio needs: beach, bars, restaurants, various trades. I loved it and will be back for sure. 😉
