Spend lazy afternoons by the freshwater pool, mornings working out in the yoga-dome, and nights stargazing from a lounge chair. When you’re ready to hit the beach, drive 20-minutes to Cape Byron. In the morning, the surf is legendary, and lessons are easy to find. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, check out some of the dive sites along the reef.
