This place is lovely. Aircon in all the bedrooms would be better, this is Queensland after all. Not great for elderly though as there's lots of stairs. Kitchen was missing a few items, and the items that were there were just all over the place in all different cupboards and drawers. Lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries, but no gladwrap or tupperware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Matt's place was fantastic. Beautiful views, comfortable house with plenty of things to do. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the pool is beautiful. Palm Beach has plenty to offer, but staying at the house all day was preferred. We will definitely be back.

Very nice house in a quiet leafy suburb. Close to shops and the river. Small but refreshing swimming pool. Everything we needed was there.

Stayed here and enjoyed the long weekend. Easy to commute to wherever you need and located nicely for our needs.

I will recommend for all people who need greater place to stay in heritage park to book this house, well organised, good furnitures and a speedy wifi I can’t wait to come back here

Andy was very helpful and accommodating. We had a home emergency and were grateful the property was available. Communication was easy & we never had to wait long for a response. The pool was the highlight of the stay. The kookaburras in the morning was also a great surprise for the kids.

Damon’s house is built with love—featuring top-quality fixtures, modern electronics, and stylish interior design. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and playgrounds, making it perfect for families. Damon personally met us on arrival, gave us a warm introduction, and shared great local recommendations. He was also flexible with checkout time, which we really appreciated. Our family had a great time and would highly recommend staying here!

Had an awesome weekend stay at this Gold Coast spot! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfy — exactly like the photos. Loved the big open living area and breezy veranda, perfect for kicking back after a day out. The pool was a winner too, especially in the warm weather. Location was quiet but still close enough to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth the whole time. Would 100% stay again!

Would highly recommend staying at Roge’s Cool flat! It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and walkable to the city. Quiet yet central and great for a small doggie. Thanks Roge we will visit again next time we are in Brisbane!

Location was great if you have boat for pontoon. Our first night the neighbours were having a party and kept us up but other than that it was a great couple days away

Great location Near the heart of almost everything Wish we had the chance to use the pool and grill. Communication was great and service was top notch

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

We had the pleasure of staying for 3-nights at this beautiful house. Michelle was super helpful with check-in information, prior to us getting to the property! The place was very secluded, however, had everything we needed to make us feel at home! The pool & porch, was thoroughly enjoyed by our whānau (family.) Nice & local to the supermarket, cafe & petrol station. Would definitely stay here again, if we visit the Gold Coast again! Thank you Michelle for hosting our whānau 💛

My husband and I stayed at Tiffany’s home around our wedding and it could not have been more perfect for us and our family. There was no detail spared and, quite frankly, had more homely touches than our own home! Walking distance to the beach, spacious and spotless home, beautiful spa and pool, and brilliant communication - all made for a wonderful stay. Our host Pete went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect. We had a small intimate wedding at the house. The amenities, kitchen and abundant living areas were very well appointed, which made the whole experience seamless. The house was immaculate with beautiful bathrooms. We cannot thank Pete enough for his support and caring attention to us. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, we are planning our next family reunion at the house next year.
