Holiday rentals with a patio in Cooma-Monaro Council

This place was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough space. It was great having two bathrooms. Great location near park and good parking. Todd put effort into making us feel welcome and having a good stay.

Very accommodating! Turned the heaters on for us before we got there as we have a 12 week old baby which was lovely as it was so cold outside. Christian is very responsive to messages and anything we needed he was on to it straight away. Beautiful little apartment, had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we can ☺️

Loved the location, Andrea’s communication was excellent. Perfect set up for family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. Cafe downstairs for breakfast, what’s not to like. Their only complaint was wifi speed! Thank you!

My family stayed at Sarah’s place over the Easter long weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Specially during the sunrise time the lake and valley looked picturesque. To quote my 4 year old nephew, “this place is amazing”. Sarah was always responded to messages with great care and provided clear instructions to check in. She is indeed a super host.

The place was extremely clean, spacious, and well-organized. The interior decor appeared brand new and was very comfortable. The host kindly helped us join the beds together, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with all essentials, including a hairdryer, curling iron, and moisturizer. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach view and had such a relaxing time there. Highly recommended!

Alicia is one of the best hosts till now. She was very clear with all the instructions from begining. She left us a cute platter and wine and brought us some firewoods. We ran out of the salt and she immediately got that for us. It snowed the last days and the whole backyard was covered in snow. The view and the house was lovely. Leanne’s place completely exceeded our expectations — it truly blew us away. The property is beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. All the amenities and appliances worked perfectly, though having a laundry dryer would’ve made it even more convenient. But the real showstopper is the lake — it felt like our own private, attached sanctuary. Whether you're just gazing at it or taking a refreshing dip, it adds an incredible, peaceful touch to the entire experience. The extra snacks and food items provided were such a thoughtful gesture — a cherry on top of an already perfect stay. And yes, it even has a personal lemon tree! Hands down, one of the best stays I’ve had. Can’t recommend it enough.

I highly recommend it! Kevin is a great host. I stayed at his place for over a month and couldn’t have felt more comfortable, safe, and at home, the space is not only cozy but also beautifully furnished, his thoughtful decor choices give the place a character and warmth.

I had a fantastic stay at Judy's. The communication was excellent. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed.
