Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cookeville

Fantastic home, fantastic hosts, fantastic location. Everything about this place is what you could hope for when traveling. Darcy provided snacks, fresh farm raised eggs, and fresh sourdough bread. I’m a hiker and this place was centrally located for multiple amazing waterfall hikes. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Darcy was very proactive And provided so much helpful information. Her guidebook is something every host should provide. It made it very simple for me to plan my days. This place is private and peaceful and the hot tub is amazing too. It’s also a 90 minute drive to Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga. Highly recommend and can’t wait to make my next visit. My husband and I and another couple had a great MDW stay in this beautiful container home! If you love to be outside, relaxing, this is the place to be! We started our days at the top deck, then moved to the 2nd floor deck for afternoon drinks at the bar. We ate dinner in the screened in porch and when a rain storm came through. It’s the perfect space to enjoy a meal or be outside even when the weather isn’t perfect. Then finished the night out by the fire pit! The view is gorgeous and it is very peaceful. Andrew was super responsive and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend this property!

This home is exactly as pictured! It’s absolutely lovely. Our family felt comfortable, it is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owner has done an amazing job with the decor, amenities, and just overall making this charming home a great place to stay. I highly recommend!

Great place that has excellent capacity for people, and in a quite area. Some friends and I stayed here while climbing at Stone Fort, and while the drive was a little far, this spacious place was excellent

To say this place is nothing short of amazing would be an understatement. The host has gone to great lengths to ensure that you feel right at home!! The view out the back of the home is breathtaking and the nearby cows are wonderful neighbors!! If given the chance I would for sure stay here again. I know funny but simple thing, the color changing motion lights in the bathroom are a must find for my home!!

The place was amazing. close to downtown and free parking. The place was very clean and affordable. Lots to see and about half and hour from Cookeville TN, about 30 minutes from Dale Hallow Lake which was a lot of fun.

Kelly’s place is such a beautiful and well put together safe haven! A perfect place to re-coup during a hectic family event or even just to clear your mind surrounded by nature. Anytime we come back to see family, we are booking this place. Hands down the best Airbnb we have stayed at!

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay! So many friendly people. We highly recommend getting your morning coffee at Button Willow and make sure to visit Cheryl’s Beau Bees 🐝 for lunch!

Our family enjoyed staying here - we wish it would have been for longer since the loft was so home-feeling and comfortable. After a long 8 hour drive with a 13-month-old we were able to just rest while he ran around the loft to burn energy (we used the dining chair as a baby gate to the staircase). The bathroom/bedroom were all very clean! The bed was comfortable and the fan in the bedroom was helpful to keep it cool in there all night. The couch and the recliner were all very comfortable too. The view is AMAZING, it’s so peaceful especially watching the bluebirds fly around the barn. The host provides books, board games, Children’s books, TN hike and trail recs, and more! A huge perk for me was the Starbucks k-cups (bring your own liquid creamer).

Kelly’s a great host. Very friendly and greeted us as we arrived. Location to the lake is great. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the lake. Thanks Kelly for a great stay at your home.
