Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Cook County

This was the second time staying here, and it was great, again.

great place close to Indiana dunes national Park. not too far from Chicago either. felt right at home once we got inside. even had a fairly large fire pit. lovely place overall. would stay here again. wish there was a visitor log book. that would be pretty cool.

It was a great stay, we enjoyed a lot. The house had lot of amenities. And the host was very kind and responsive. I loved it.

Thomas’s place was exactly as described and perfect for a group of 4 close friends to get together. It was very clean and well-stocked. The building is safe and secure. Thomas reached out to offer early check in, which was nice. I’m very familiar with Chicago but this neighborhood — River West — has developed so much in recent years that it was like visiting a new city. The biggest surprise — and it was a pleasant one — was how much you could get to if you were willing to walk 20 minutes. (And if not, you are quick rides to some of the best spots in the city.) The only thing less than perfect was the garage. Another car was in the designated spot when we got there. But Thomas’s assistant answered the phone and was able to offer another spot. It is a little tricky getting to the garage and in and out. These are minor complaints about something that is actually a really nice perk…. the free protected parking. Affordable, clean, great location!

This apartment is so wonderful. It has such a great view of the city and is bright and light and well equipped. It is really nice to have the parking spot right in front and is a good location for walking as well. We really enjoyed our time in Thomas' place and would recommend. The train is right outside the apartment but the windows are pretty good a blocking the sound so it didn't bother us at all.

Newly renovated 1st floor apartment in a classic 4+1 building in Lakeview east. Parking was included. Very walkable and right where we needed to be. The only weirdness was the non-refundable damage waiver suggested in the description. We didn't pay the extra $35 because we treat properties respectfully, but it made us feel like we had to go through and document every minor bit of damage, paint stuff, and dent/ding. Maintenance item we wouldn't normally even notice stood out like a sore thumb after that. I think the host is doing themselves a disservice by recommending a $35 non-refundable damage waiver, because it forces guest to really pick apart the property.

Loved staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the dedicated parking space and it was an easy walk to United Center. Thomas gave very clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. He fixed a minor problem that was not even their fault within minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A great place to stay while visiting Chicago. Check-in was easy and the apartment was spacious and clean. It is a basement apartment, so it was very quiet at night. Thomas communicated with us promptly and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Very walkable to the Wicker Park, Logan Square, and Ukrainian Village neighborhoods. Also just a block from the blue line, so it was easy to travel all around the city. There is also one free gated parking spot, then ample free overnight street parking nearby. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We went on a girls' weekend to Chicago, hree adults and three kids. The location felt very safe and was beautiful. We especially liked that we could pull up right at the door to unpack. We took public transportation and were able to get everywhere we wanted to go. It might have been nice to be a little bit closer to downtown, but Thomas's place was so nice, iit made up for the little bit of extra travel time. We would definitely want to stay at Thomas's place again on our next trip to Chicago!

The space looks exactly like the photos, very clean and feels right a home. There’s a little patio in the front as well. I would definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful home very close to the United Center, multiple food options and not too far away from downtown or any other activities. We had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Great space, easy parking. No issues at all. We had a great time in Chicago and enjoyed our stay.
