The cozy cottage is 2 blocks from downtown Douglas where you will find restaurants, bars, a movie theater, boutique shopping and at certain times of the year outdoor festivities.

Due to parking limitations no trailers of any kind, RV’s, campers, or boats are to be parked in the Cul-de-sac. No large parties or gatherings are to be held on the property.
