Waterfront holiday rentals in Contrada Fiori Sud

Very nice, small apartment on the ground floor with space to park your car and direct access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, although the electric kettle was missing (but we're in Italy - coffee and wine dominated here!:)) There were also sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach. A good base for Palermo, Trapani, and Segesta. Giuseppe received us in person, explained everything thoroughly. He also recommended us a great restaurant for Christmas dinner.

It was a nice apartment located close to cafe restaurants supermarket A lovely rooftop terrace as well as 4 balconies. Quick with help when needed. Highly recommend the apartment

we had a very good time in the accommodation, area close to restaurants, bars and the center, so we didn't have to use the car much, kitchen equipped with the necessary, good windows, the only thing is a flicker of some furniture or door, when the cars pass by the accommodation, which can be a little disturbing, but nothing much, for the rest it is very nice as accommodation

Alessandro’s place was comfortable for us. The location is excellent but be aware that his street is under construction so you cannot drive up to the building, if you arrive by car. Hopefully this will finish up soon. It was very quiet at night.

We had a great time in this oasis where simplicity reigns but with great attention to detail. The interior spaces are functional, the kitchen is well-stocked and Mara was also very helpful when we were missing something. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, plants and flowers everywhere, which together with the majolica create a truly Mediterranean environment where you can relax immediately. Then the location is perfect, you are in a quiet area but the village is easily accessible on foot and the sea is also very close. Finally, Luna, their dog, was also very quiet and welcoming ;)

Very nice house, by the sea. The house is spotless and pretty. We had sea views from the terrace. A good fish restaurant right next door. Unfortunately, we can't swim on site: a lot of seaweed. But that's okay.

We had a wonderful time at Rosanna's beach house. Rosanna welcomed and warmly and we felt right at home. She gave us tips for things to do and was always easily accessible. The sea on the front door is beautiful and very suitable for small children.

We (my family and friends' family) had a fantastic month at Gianleo's place. It's just by the beach (and there is a beautiful walk down if you take the right path, as I assume some of the previous guests, according to the reviews, didn't take). It's just a 15-20 min to the city center walking by the beach or along the road. It's a calm area with lovely neighbors. Full equipped kitchen, big bathrooms and nothing to complain at. Gianleo was very friendly, answered quickly and helped us out when needed. We're also very thankful for the problem-solving when we accidentally broke a table. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday home in Sciacca!

nice holiday in early April 2025. The apartment is very nicely located, close to a beach. The south and west coast of Sicily are quite untouched and underdeveloped. You get a lot of tips from the host. He is always ready for you. We enjoyed visits to, among other things, selinonte, agrigento and sciacca. I recommend it! (as far as the shower is concerned: it is indeed somewhat inconvenient but there is plenty of hot (and hot) water. So not insurmountable). Grazie!

This was great strategic location for us, We visited Erice, Palermo, Trapani and few other places and everyone were 30 min to 1 hour drive. Sylvia was very nice host. She met us, explain everything , recommended local store and restaurants. Last night there was a storm and knock an electricity out, she help us over the phone, my point is she stayed on the top of even that situation. We are very satisfied and would really recommend this place and this host.

What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Counting the days to come back to the pearl of Sicily ❤️

Lovely little place right on the water. Super clean and nicely decorated in white and blue. Small shops and eateries are easy to get to. Maria Theresa and Christa were very responsive hosts.

Cozy little house. In the low season (March) very deserted area, but this makes it nice and quiet and the nearby beach you have virtually to yourself. The Boomerang Beach Bar is even open all year round and is about 1 km away. Good starting point to explore this area of Sicily (between Marsala and Agrigento).

Giuseppa welcomed us in a very friendly way and was even so helpful to pick us up from the train station in Bagheria, which made the arrival very uncomplicated. She was always available during our stay when we had questions or needed anything. The apartment itself was extremely clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – just right to relax and enjoy the vacation. The location close to the beach is ideal, and everything you need is easily accessible. The area is nice and quiet in the side street. The windows are simply glazed, so the traffic is somewhat audible – but that was not disturbing for us. Overall, we really enjoyed the week there and definitely recommend the apartment.

Very clean and tidy house. Everything new and super comfortable. Luca took care to write to us every day, very helpful and serious, although we didn't need anything. The area is convenient to amenities and the sea. We will definitely be back

Place of Michelle and Doriana was cozy and in a great location with calm neighbourhood and beautiful view with the terrace. Everything looks as described and the recommendations were really helpful. Not sure really what negative we can see about it.

Beautiful stay in Favignana. Accommodation was beautiful , exactly as in the photos . Michele met us at the port and collected our bags which was very handy as it is only a short walk from the historic centre but would be difficult with bags along the dirt road. Michele was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for the island and also dropped us and our bags back to the port for departure. Would definitely stay again

Honestly I have stayed in many places across Europe and North America and Giovanni was the best host I have had. He was super helpful from a local guide, parking, and even came in a fixed our AC at 10:00 pm at night. He truly cared about our comfort and was always very fast to respond. The apartment itself was beautiful and location was amazing. You’re right in the heart of old town but still peaceful even with the busy street below. If anyone comes to Trapani I highly recommend to stay in the place!

Noemi's place is perfectly located to explore Trapani and the surrounding area. The apartment is clean and chicly furnished and we felt right at home! The large walk-in shower and the great roof terrace are a highlight. Parking right in front of the house is very convenient and rarely found in Italy! Thank you Noemi for your hospitality and great communication :)
