House located in the historic center on two floors of about 90 square meters. It consists of two double bedrooms, one with a bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room, a living-dining room with kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. It is a 7-minute walk to the beautiful Falls of the two fortresses, 3 minutes to the International Antimafia Center and the Ethnographic Museum. Guests will have access to the entire house. Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.
