Fontenelle: quiet between springs and stream

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Bedroom 1 (Bedroom, shower and kitchenette)

I offer a mezzanine room with miller's ladder access, with small storage for clothes and a reading table. On the ground floor a shower with small vanity and toilet. A sofa, kitchenette with electric hob, fridge, some kitchen accessories for cooking, microwave and senseo coffee maker, tv with basic channels and wifi available. The accommodation is located close to the town centre and twenty minutes from the gates of Angers.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimised the space to the maximum. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Château-Gontier. Possibility of parking easily in the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
