Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Casa Dima in the centre of Constanța

Freshly furnished rooms with style in a chic house 7 minutes from the modern beach or Neversea beach. There are many restaurants, terraces, minimarkets nearby. The location is situated in zone 0 of Constanta, with the possibility to reach anywhere in the shortest time. The location has a spacious terrace, as well as a large living room with an open space equipped kitchen. The area of the space for rent is 250 square meters.

Rooms very comfortable beds,and silence area in nature.also can barbecue every day. On the floor we have 3 rooms,with terace and a bathroom.Every room is confortable,one is red colour,vintage,second have a queen bed,and 3th have a queen bed. Down we have kitchen. We have also in yard a special area for barbecue,like a covered terace,with light,music,and grill. We stay separted,on the ground floor.

Mitza House

A bright and cozy urban house perfectly located in Constanța — only a 5-minute walk to Zoom Beach, close to Ovidius University, and 5 minutes by car to the city center and Mamaia. Restaurants, cafés and public transport are just around the corner. The courtyard has a table, benches and a barbecue — ideal for relaxing after a day at the sea or exploring the city.

Roxanna House

Roxana's House , is a recently refurbished property located just 200 yards away from Reyna beach , and very closed from amenities, Lidl and Profi supermarkets, Delfinarium 100yards away which is one of the most popular attraction in Constanta. Mamaia and the night clubs are just 5-10minutes driving from the property.

The house has 3 bedrooms of 16 sqm, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard of 60 sqm equipped with tables and barbecue. Guests live alone in the house and can use all the accessories in the house (oven, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV.
