Accessible entryway and shower for easy mobility. 15 minutes away from The Woodlands, shopping, malls, movie theaters, great restaurants, Panorama Village golf course, water sports and everything Conroe has to offer. Enjoy walking trails around the beautiful lake with ducks, grey herons and other wildlife. No small dogs in backyard.

Waterfront, huge back porch, gas grill. Boat slip & lift & tie down cleats right at the house. The fully stocked kitchen has built-in icemaker and wine cooler. Master downstairs has queen bed & master bath. Living area has half bath, dining table, seating area, 62" tv, and gorgeous views of the lake. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- all with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a bonus room with queen Murphy Bed and daybed with a trundle. 50 " tv in bedrooms. Big yard. No large parties/events permitted.
