A perfect spot for my daughter, grandson and I to stay in my home town to visit family for a few days. The loft is in a great location, extremely comfortable and clean. Sheila provided us with fruit, bread, coffee, tea and other items which surpassed any other Airbnb that I have stayed. I wasn’t able to meet her but communication by text was prompt and friendly! I highly recommend staying here.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying at Bob & Julie’s lake house. 10/10! The house itself looks exactly like the photos with so many accommodations you usually don’t expect in an air bnb. Amazing kitchen (something I look for since I love to cook). I cooked a lot this weekend and it felt like home! The backyard is perfect. We were outside most of the day either by the lake, the fire pit or in the hot tub at night just loving life. We made A LOT of s’mores. The house is literally ON the lake with picture perfect views and the surroundings and the lake are kept SO clean. Bob and Julie were amazing hosts before, during and after our stay. Very quick to respond and always friendly. We’ve already told them we would love to book another weekend here again and probably for an extra night this time!

Betsy Lee is friendly and helpful! She greeted us when we arrived and made us feel comfortable instantly. An eagle perched on a branch less than 100 ft away from the porch, and regularly patrolled the creek over the 4 days and nights that we enjoyed in the subtle creek sounds and early signs of spring. With Rickets Glen close by, this is likely to be a destination we revisit in the future. If you are looking for local things to do, Betsy Lee has you covered… and if you just want to lounge the hours away in the romantic tree nest apartment and porch, she’s more than happy to give you your privacy. We had an amazing stay! Sarah the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The house itself was exceptional — spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect space for our family, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We love this house! This is our second year staying here, and we hope to make it a yearly visit. It's set in a nicely wooded area with plenty of open fields that often have deer, turkey and other wildlife that make morning and evening appearances. The pond is thriving with small fish, and I felt that the toads had plenty to say about us visiting their space XD and the hot tub just adds another layer to relaxing in nature. We also love that it has an almost-off grid feel while still being able to connect (with upgraded internet from our previous stay!). We watched plenty of movies in the comfortable family room, spent a lot of time chilling at the dining table, and overall was able to relax in a comfortable, clean environment. We would recommend this place 100%!

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

We had a great weekend at the Boyds Mill barn. The house was extremely spacious, cozy, and well stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted. Most importantly, Amy was extremely responsive and ready to host us on a short notice. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good weekend getaway with friends or family.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect getaway to relax and reconnect as a family.
