Between the town and the countryside

Our house is on the verge of the countryside, at a 2-minute walk from the quaint market-town of Confolens. You can walk to the shops, the market, or the cinema, or hike along the two rivers or on the neighbouring hill-tops. Plenty to do in Confolens: you can swim, rail-bike, canoe, attend our music festival or discover Charente limousine. If you like old houses, you'll enjoy our home with its spacious rooms. It is a family house, fitted for young children. The garden is fenced and shady.

In the living room you will find the table where you can savor the dishes cooked in the equipped kitchen located next door. Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

Check-in to the listing is scheduled after 2 p.m. and checkout is scheduled for the morning at 11 a.m. at the latest so that cleaning can be done.
