I was delighted with the stay! The location is just amazing, and the comfort is very comfortable. The air-conditioning made all the difference, and I still had the surprise of finding TV with paid channels. The kitchen is super complete and the leisure area is wide, providing moments of great fun. The nets gave a special touch and a unique charm to the environment. It was a wonderful experience!

The house is much more beautiful live than in the photos. The decor is beautiful and very sophisticated! It looks like we're in a magazine house. Kitchen utensils come from excellent brands - Spyce dishes, some kitchenaid pots. Completely equipped kitchen and even has brastemp dishwasher that I did not see on the listing. The pool is wonderful but it is necessary to be careful because it is very deep. The swimming pool went to the house on alternate days ensuring that the water was clean and very transparent. It is difficult to choose the most beautiful view - whether that of the dunes or the sea. to access the beach it is necessary to walk about 50 meters - warm water and very empty beach. We did long walks at low tide. The bedrooms are large and the bed very comfortable! It was quite hot but the air conditioned during the night. The villa is inside a condo that appears to be quite safe - it is one of the last house on the street which guarantees a lot of privacy. There is a restaurant inside the condominium.

The house is even more beautiful than the photos, with very good taste in the choice of each element and quite cozy. It's so cool, it's worth the experience of living in the house, both as a couple and as a family. The rooms have independent balconies with hammocks and ocean views. The breeze cools throughout the day. The greenery around us conveys an immersion with nature and invites us to peace and relaxation. Nivia was at all times a very friendly and generous hostess - which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The house is close to the beach (about 10 minutes on foot, 2 by car). The beach at the bar is not as attractive, but a beach that is just across the river is spectacular! The river with the mangrove is also very beautiful and pleasant for swimming and kayaking through the mangrove. I also noticed that at high tide it has great waves for surfers with a sequence of long and memorable lefts!! Would I go back to Barra? Yes, but only to Nivia's house. Great house, great host!

Everything was great. Clean, tidy, spacious environment, we were able to check in earlier. We'll definitely be back again and again.

They were wonderful days, the place and the house were just what we were looking for... Tranquility... Privacy... The house is wonderful... clean pool... ventilated house... airy... The house is much more than seeing in photos, you need to be careful on the beach that has stones, but nothing that degrades the place. Kristine was fantastic from the first contact and we were welcomed by Joci, a polite and very attentive person. We will return many and often still to the site.

A fully equipped house (mainly the kitchen), spacious air-conditioned rooms and a wonderful view of the beach. The house of Indaiara is exactly like the photos published. Indaiara was very attentive before and during my stay and I was very kindly received by Angelica and Luis. I don't know of such a nice house, with that family house spirit, and so well located. A perfect place to go with family and friends and rest. I intend to return!

The cozy house, new and beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. We felt at home from the first moment! We went with family and enjoyed the mornings on the beach, and the rest of the day enjoying every corner of the house. When we arrived, we found everything airy, smells and beautifully cared for. The decor is beautiful, with large windows that leave the house super ventilated and illuminated. The host was extremely friendly and attentive, received us with a mime and a little letter full of affection – a detail that made all the difference! We love the stay and, undoubtedly, we hope to come back more often!

The yellow house is very functional. My family loved the stay and is already thinking about coming back. The whole house was extremely clean, including the pool. Tarciana was super kind and always responded to us very quickly. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, with flexibility. And the house is a treat!! Very beautiful!! No noise around.. The house is WONDERFUL, super cozy and very well equipped. The rooms are comfortable, with clean, fragrant and high-quality bed linen. The bathrooms are spacious, well maintained, with soft bath towels and everything very organized. The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils and appliances we need: refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender... everything working perfectly. The room is an invitation to rest, well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The leisure area is one of the highlights — perfect for relaxing. The pool is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and they even had pool towels available, which is a great touch. Every corner of the house conveys care and attention to those who will be staying. It was a super pleasant experience. I felt at home and would definitely come back!

Analecia was extremely friendly and helped us a lot, always responding very quickly, giving instructions and being quite flexible. The house is well-equipped, it has everything I need and is very well located in Baixio. The house is in fact simple, but everything works (air conditioning works very well), the pool is very good too. When we had an energy issue in the city, Analecia was always very solicitous and helped us even though it was not her direct responsibility. We really enjoyed the beach and our stay! Erika's house is spacious, comfortable and airy. It is close to the main shopping area, has a market and restaurants very close by. Lucas, who welcomed us, was very kind. The TV didn't work, but it wasn't a problem for us. The beach near the house is beautiful, but it is very dangerous to swim in the sea. To bathe, it is necessary to drive to Praia da Barra or the beaches near Porto de Sauípe (which are beautiful, worth it). Great accommodation, with good value for money for those who are driving.

I have no words to describe my stay at Hans' place. Everything was as described, a lot of peace and serenity that the location of the house offered us. Ray our host was wonderful, always helpful, and responsive to our needs quickly. I recommend for anyone who wants to relax, and enjoy nature Hans' residence. Contemplating the sunrise or moon from the balcony of the house is something that takes your breath away. I hope to return to this paradise again.
