Cozy 1 br/1 bth apartment. Semi-loft style with sofa bed in living room. Located in San Juan's trendy Condado Beach neighborhood. Building designed by acclaimed architect Henry Klumb, this apartment comes fully equipped and is walking distance to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Condado is just 4 miles from the airport and Old San Juan. There's a large pool and bistro café. Paid parking is available right next door and there are two car rental spots less than a 5 min walk.

Beautiful apartment in Condado with beach access!

Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also has washer/dryer in the apt. Condo has a pool, gym, tennis court, mini market and private access to the beach. The studio can be converted as two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is to the city. Only one parking available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Beachfront! Best location, min from airport

This beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway for two. It is located directly on one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. Walkable area, old San Juan close by and many food and shopping option within walking distance. You will wake up seeing the beach directly in front of you and go to bed with the sound of the waves! We don’t have parking on premises at the moment **WE CANNOT STORE LUGGAGE** Check in time 3PM-checkout 11AM

The view is 180 degrees from left to right without any obstruction. The living room has a 75" tv, with a Sonos sound bar. This cozy apartment is centrally located in front of a peaceful park in Luchetti Street, Condado. It has 2 A/C units and Wifi. Beaches, casinos, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket are all walking distance. Gated Parking available on the premises. La Placita de Santurce, a historical area full of restaurants, bars and music is also nearby. We are located in the heart of Condado but our place is quiet and restful.
