At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

La Jonchere private chateau

Located only an hour and a half south of Paris. Live in your own chateau in its private park with shared swimming pool on the Grande Saudre river. The chateau is located within the Loire valley area with tourist sites such as Sancerre being only 30 minutes away by car. The nearest town is Aubigny sur Nere which has 600 years of Scottish history. Both Orleans and Bourges with their magnificent cathedrals are within an hour's drive. There is a snack bar site. Bicycles are also available to hire.

Private pond with fish and a 5x10m heated swimming pool. 100km of cycle routes, including to the beautiful lake Etang de Puits, perfect for water sports. Horse-riding clubs 15min drive away. The house has a fireplace and a large dining table, 5 large double bedrooms (two continuous) for up to 12 people, and 2.5 bathrooms. Extra double bedroom and bathroom in annex house.
