El Limonero house

El Limonero house (2–4 people, 40 m²), perfect for a couple with one or two children. Consists of one bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room with a built-in kitchen, and a private terrace with garden furniture and views of the Sierra Nevada. Equipment: Central heating with electric heat accumulators, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi throughout the enclosure and inside the house. Also available: bed linen, towels and a hair dryer. The integrated kitchen in a living room corner is equipped with: crockery, cutlery and other kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, electric juice squeezer and all the necessary utensils for 2 people. Inside the complex, there are the following areas for common use: parking, swimming pool (4×10 m), barbecue, a space with washing machine and iron with table and terraces overlooking the Durcal River Valley. Extra services: In the complex you can enjoy sauna. This service is optional, its price is not included in the house price.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

La Almunia de Nigüelas is an accessible country house in the heart of nature, in an area of high environmental protection (Sierra Nevada National Park). The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.
