The caballito district is located in the geographic center of the city. It is calm and vibrant at the same time. With wide open spaces where sun , trees and people who combine to create a special and pleasant atmosphere that frames various activities: outdoor shops, fairs on weekends ( philately, numismastica, antique toys, books and magazines) . In the surroundings there are cafes and notable bars, exceptional ice cream, cinemas and shops of all kinds.

The apartment is refurbished in the beautiful neighborhood of Caballito, close to all the tourist spots in the area and half a block from all public transport to get around the city. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds that can also be used as a double bed. The living room is super spacious and bright, it has hot/cold air and fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious and fully furnished.

Warm and cozy studio

This beautiful and unique studio is located on the top floor of my house. It has a separate entrance, all the air and light you can imagine. I am a sculptor and have decorated this space with details that give it a very unique aesthetic and warmth. The space has 2 twin beds that can be put together as 1 queen bed. The bed bases are new and top brand, which guarantees an excellent rest.
