Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

A charming retreat in the heart of the village. This newly updated two bedroom is a perfect spot for family and friends. Comes fully stocked to do your cooking at home or entertain in the huge outdoor space. Walk and enjoy the local shops and eateries. Take the kids down the street to the water park and pump track or ride from the house to the world renowned mountain bike trails. Mt. Washington is just a 25 minute drive away. Cumberland Lofthouse

Newly added Level 2 EV charger. The Lofthouse has sleeping/living space for 4 on the main level. Heated concrete floors. Fully stocked for a comfortable stay. Close to the forest trails and village amenities. The unique folding ladder to the (optional) loft is steep, so kids under 6 will need supervision. The ladder can be safely stowed against the wall. Safely store 3 bikes inside, and outside you can find a bike stand/wash station.
