Villa holiday rentals in Comerío

Want peace, privacy, yet fun things to do? This villa offers it all! Our family had a great time walking less than 5 mins to the private beach, pools, and tennis courts. The area is super safe and quiet yet a 10 min drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The unit was clean and offered all the kitchen and bath basics, and board games. I loved the traditional furniture and decor! The host was super responsive and helped solve last minute issues. She left fresh fruit and ice bags for us and water bowls for our dog, and even let us check out a bit later. We loved our stay and will be returning soon!

Rafael was a very responsive host. Had issues with dryer and was fixed right away. We didn’t see a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, or beach towels. Luckily we had mostly brought some from home. We had bought a lot of extra foods and drinks and left those in hopes that they use them instead of wasting them. I enjoyed this vacation so much, as did the others we were with. They are looking to come back soon! Rafael is very friendly and responsive whenever you need him. Great host! Great vacation!!

We had a group of 11 looking for a place to stay close enough to the airport and cruise terminal. We came into SJU 2 days early and wanted to check out PR. It was CRAZY that we all came at different times, but Ricky and Carlos were phenomenal at getting us from the airport to the Villa. So very patient with our staggered schedules!!! Then, Carlos took us on a 10 hour fun filled trip around San Juan to El Yonque, the waterslides, Ron de Barrelito and other local attractions. We felt like VIPs with all the locations we saw and the personalization Ricky and Carlos showed us!!!! I am a travel advisor, and would HIGHLY recommend this group. The Villa was crisp and clean with lots of NEW items in it. My particular party of 6 came in at 1130pm and when we got to the Villa we saw there was a brand new coffee machine, but no coffee, Carlos went and got us some PR local coffee. JUST OUTSTANDING Hospitality and care were shown the entire stay!! I just can't say enough good stuff.

The house was way better than what you see on the pictures. In a very modern style. It’s impossible to capture these great surroundings on pictures you have to experience it yourself. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there and wish we would have stayed longer. In the mornings we were above the clouds it looked incredible. All of us loved it and we will definitely come back.

The house was great! House was clean, ac worked (very needed) and had things to use for the beach (cooler, towels). Had a little trouble with the entrance instructions but it was 3am, it said gate 11 and should have been 12. But the house is as described and the owner is quick to respond and very polite. I overall had a great time and happy with this airbnb. Only issue was the neighbor on one side was a little loud when doing the nasty and woke me up one night but the kids said they didn’t hear anything so that’s a relief. And that’s not the owners of this airbnb’s fault. Just be aware of your noise level. Again very pleased with place and worth the price with pool, beach right in front, close to food places and Walgreens and Casino near as well. Thank you Suanette!

Tuvimos una excelente estancia en este Airbnb. El lugar estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se muestra en las fotos. Lo disfrutamos mucho en familia, fue cómodo y tranquilo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de que todo estuviera bien durante nuestra estancia. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos! Esperamos volver pronto.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and oasis like. Very peaceful and tucked away but just short drive away from shops and restaurants (7 or 8 minutes). We enjoyed walking to the neighborhood beach. Also driving around the community in the golf cart. The property itself was as advertised and in pictures. It was very comfortable and felt like being at home (away from home). Luis was prompt with checking and responding to questions. He even assured us there would be no problems with the power at the property even thought the entire island lost power for 24 hours since there was a generator. The only somewhat “issue” we had which was outside of Luis control would be the periodic blips watching cable. Didn’t prevent watching shows just sometimes had to fill in words from the blips. Not the end of the world just noting. There are no issues using streaming platforms, just the local cable network. Would certainly recommend this property and would stay again.

This villa is absolutely amazing! It sits right across the street from the pool and tennis/basketball courts. The surroundings are beautiful! The restaurants, bowling, pool and casino are walking distance and so peaceful and full of the local wildlife. The home is perfect for 8 adults and 2 children to spend 11 days comfortably. There are 2 living rooms, an elevator and a rooftop patio with an outdoor grill and kitchenette. Each room has its own huge patio. Nestor was so helpful! His recommendations were spot on and easy to find. The house is stocked with everything you need, including towels, basketballs, tennis rackets, fishing poles and swimming gear. This place really is in the perfect location. I recommend this place no matter where you want to visit in Puerto Rico!

Awesome space. We booked the entire building for our large group and everyone felt it was spacious. Smooth checking 3-4mins walk to plenty restaurants. Ice cold AC and a very relaxing space in the back yard. With plenty of seating and still allows for privacy

Amanda is very responsive throughout our stay. The place is well maintained and its 5 min walk to beach. The community is very good, secure and well maintained. One thing which I wish I had known before hand was, internet. While this is not the issue with this home/community, its the area. They said it was due to the storm.

I booked Rosa's home with my husband and another couple. The house is truly lovely and looks just like the pictures, including the phenomenal views and great location. There were so many wonderful details that made it feel like you were stepping back in time! The kitchen and baths were well provisioned, as well the house in general. Additionally, although we experienced a blackout while we were there, Rosa and Michael made it painless, graciously dropping off lanterns, phone chargers and lots of batteries. Highly recommend this lovely, historic home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The grounds are beautiful and we felt safe and comfortable there. The private beach was very nice. We liked walking over to the Hyatt and ordering drinks and food from the Mahi Mahi pool bar and restaurant. The Villa was VERY spacious and every amenity was provided. I think there were 3 types of coffee makers! We like to have our own kitchen so we can make our own gluten/dairy free meals. We had everything we needed to cook for the family all week. We would definitely return for a stay at the Villa.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Dawne's place. The houses, pool, beach access did everything we needed/wanted. We made a wonderful choice to stay at a less touristy area of the island, there is so much to explore.

Our group of nine had an amazing experience staying in Camila’s place. You can literally walk to the beach. It is a great location with lots of parking for our rental car. I also appreciated the gated community. The pool made a huge difference for us after long days of walking or beach it was nice to relax in the pool. I also loved all the restrooms available. It allowed us to have privacy and had enough showers to get ready all of us at a time. Overall it was a great experience for our group.

So beautiful we did not want to leave. Great pool, porch, and hammock. Played pickekball and had massages under the gazebo. we were loving life.

Our goal was to find an upscale house that was quiet and outside the bustle of San Juan but close enough for occasional visits. Villa Maxine was exactly what we were hoping for. Charlotte's superb home is propped on the top of a large hill providing expansive views and privacy. The rooms are spacious with the living or great room being the center of activity and relaxation. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The decks around the gorgeous, clean and refreshing pool provide multiple choices for relaxing, sunbathing or eating. Trips to Old San Juan are a short 25 minutes and a rental car is a must. Communication with Charlotte and associates was immediate and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

La casa estaba impecable, la ubicación era perfecta para explorar el centro de la ciudad y los anfitriones fueron muy amable y atentos. Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house and surrounding areas are truly breathtaking, the property is gorgeous with amazing views. We had a great time with the family and the area is very accessible close to the main areas. Cant recommend this place enough!

This was my second stay in Heydi's place. Both time we have had a wonderful stay. We come to Guayama to visit family and it's important to come with our two small dogs. There's not to many pet friendly accommodations and this one is perfect. Will be using it again in the future.

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

Fernando's place was better than I could have hoped for! The unit was spotless and modern with very comfortable beds. The coded entry was very convenient for family members to come and go to the pool, which is straight out of a resort. Waterfall, colored lights, pool bathroom! We were blown away by this accommodation and will absolutely stay again when we come back to Puerto Rico. Fernando checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we did not need anything. I would 100% recommend him as a host.

Beautiful home with a very attentive host. The home is as beautiful as the pictures.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay I would definitely recommend this property! The set up is great for co workers since the rooms are spread out on the property. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family since this first time I was visiting for work!
