Welcome to this house completely refurbished by my spouse and I (and also my beautiful dad!!) Located in the municipality of Combleux,a small village of mariniers. The house is in a classified park and is part of a set of buildings It is close to the Canal d 'Orléans, and the Loire by bike. Quick access (15 min) to Orléans city center by car or tram (tram relay with parking 5 min away). For the crib or baby chair, just ask us the day before your arrival!

Between the Loire and the Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio. You love the Loire, canoeing and bike rides, Agnes and Francis welcome you, within a protected site, in this independent, comfortable, 27 m2 studio with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is on the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European cycle path "Transiberia». The Loire runs along the canal: between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular promenade site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village. Charm, calm and a change of scenery characterize this place.
