This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect Proof of Identification before Key Handover.

Your family will have everything nearby in this home located in the center of the province of Murcia. The home is on the first floor and is very bright. In front of the house there is an old washing machine (great acequia where women used to wash clothes). The village is 15 minutes from the town of Murcia, 30 minutes from the beach of Mazarrón and very close to the natural park of Sierra Espuña. There is bar/coffee shop and shop about 100 meters away. The bus stop is next to the house.

The house is very child-friendly, and both the surroundings and the swimming pool are completely enclosed so that children can play safely in the garden. To avoid any misunderstanding, we charge an extra €20 per guest per night if there are more than 12 guests.
