This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Spacious child-friendly family home with swimming pool

The house is a completely renovated farmhouse located in the middle of nature with a beautiful view of the Sierra Espuña and the banks of the Rio Pliego. The house is very child-friendly, and both the area and the pool are completely enclosed so that children can play safely in the garden. To avoid any misunderstanding, we charge an extra €20 per guest per night if there are more than 12 guests.
