The Airport, the center of Malaga and the beaches are only 20 kilometers away. CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private saltwater-chlorinated pool that is heated all year round, a wood-fired BBQ, large trees, a six-burner cooktop and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² veranda that will be the main hub of activity at the house, with the BBQ and heated pool located next to it.

The house is well connected to the main tourist attractions of the city, for instance: -Plaza Nueva at 200 m -Cathedral and Gran Vía Street at 450 m. -Calle Elvira at 250 m It also has a private terrace to enjoy spectacular views of the Alhambra and the whole city! Area full of restaurants and bars. Bus and taxi stops within easy reach. For 4 guests, it is the ideal place to get knowing Granada!

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The Haza del Río route begins 50 meters away, where you will enter some of the different climbing sectors and the Arab staircase. Meeting place for mountain bikers and hikers. The accommodation has a super quiet outdoor area.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
