Modern Studio near Downtown + TIEC | Outdoor Patio

This is our second stay at David's studio apartment, and it never disappoints. It is the perfect location for anyone competing at the Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center (FENCE) which holds lots of horse shows (I'm hesitant to say this in case others book it before I can next time!). It is also easy to get in and out of for people with mobility issues (using a walker) - just one small step up from the driveway, otherwise smooth. I only wish I could have tried out some of David's local recommendations for places to see and restaurants - maybe we'll just have to come back for a non-horse-show visit sometime.

Really enjoyed our stay at Reece's place. she was quick to respond with about questions we had. We were in town for a horse show and this was a perfect location. Gas station and feed store just around the corner. House was very clean and had a great back yard for sitting and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Dan's place is beautifully decorated and ingenious in maximizing space. It feels cozy and sophisticated at once. Anything you might need is available and easy to find. Very helpful notebook with lots of information about things to do and places to eat. We really loved our stay ar this welcoming retreat. And the screened-in porch is delightful!

Mary’s place is a treasure in NC. it’s a great surrounding and taking the history of the whole place into consideration just makes this location very, very special. The cabin is super cozy but all amenities and features are top-notch, clean and super well maintained. The tour that Mary gave us of her property just shows the heart that she pours into this sanctuary. We were happy to stay and are excited to be back!

Brand new renovation and comfortable. One of the most complete, organized AirBnBs I've stayed at. Every little feature was considered and that made staying there easy while attending events at TIEC, that are long and exhausting. The home hardly seems used and felt brand new - thus everything worked easily with detailed instructions throughout. There is a little road noise but there were infrequent vehicles so not really a problem. Host was pleasant and very easy to work with. Plan to stay there again in the future. My wife commented it was cute and comfortable.

Spent Memorial Day weekend here with my family to spend time with friends on Lake Adger and this cabin did not disappoint! Very spacious, comfortable beds, and the jetted tub was just what this Mama needed after running around with her littles during the day! Will stay here again in the future!
