The carpenter's cottage is decorated in vintage woodworking and logging tools that have been used for several generations in our family. Rainier has a rich history of logging, lumber and woodworking. Close to the Elochomen, Naselle and Grays rivers. 5 minute drive to the Elochoman Marina with boat launch that accesses the Columbia river. Kayaks are also available at the Marina. Commercial ice machine is available upon request with property owner. Owner is on site but not connected. Parking for boat and truck available onsite. No smoking or vaping.

Located on lovely Lake Sacajawea with its tree-filled park. Walk or bike the perimeter (3+ miles) or part of the lake. House is a short distance from the hospital on the opposite side of the lake. Many of our guests are "travelers," medical professionals working on short-term contracts.
