The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! It truly felt like home—every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a well-stocked space to those little touches that make a big difference. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and even though it rained, the hosts had dry firewood ready for the fireplace, which made it feel extra warm and inviting. We loved sitting by the lake and even saw a fish jump out of the water—such a magical moment! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. And thank you so much for approving our cats to stay with us—it meant the world. If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

A quiet private property located close to amenities, the city of Hudson, and nature. It is a beautiful and comfortable home filled with creative and tangible care. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and spending time on the property over a long weekend stay.

The guesthouse was so dreamy! We had a wonderful stay, the hosts were super friendly, and we loved meeting their sweet dogs. The house was close to great restaurants and shops in Hudson, Kinderhook, and Ghent, as well as hiking trails. The lovely trail on the property was a great bonus, one we took advantage of 4 times throughout the weekend :). Would definitely visit again!

Staying at Will and Aenne's barn house was fun and wholesome. I enjoyed saying hello to the animals and the jungle shower most of all. The barn has everything one needs. Though, I must say I was very intimidated by having to light the chef's stove. We walked from the barn to the waterfall down town which was beautiful--great place to hang out and swim in the warmer months. The village of Kinderhook is adorable with quaint little shops. Hudson city had some of the best food I've had in a long time; I strongly recommend eating at Cafe Mutton. Overall, Will and Aenne were very hands-off hosts--as in, they gave us our space and privacy--while still being responsive and attentive. Thank you for the stay! I hope to come back again!

We can't say enough good things about Elle's lovely renovated farmhouse! It's a charming, spotless home, and was the perfect size for the four of us. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had wonderful appliances and all the cookware we could possibly need, modern bathrooms with plenty of towels and so on! And what a great location—it’s on a lovely road that’s about a ten minute drive to Great Barrington. We had a few questions for Elle and she responded very quickly. We’ve been to the Berkshires many times and this is without a doubt one of our favorite homes. We ook forward to staying here again!

Just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Place was clean and comfortable. Situated in the woods- scenic, quiet and relaxing with the sound of the creek down below. Rainy weekend but it was dreamy looking out the large floor to ceiling windows. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a quiet getaway. Rhinebeck Village and Red Hook shops are within 20-30 min drive.

Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay at Linda’s place. The home is very spacious, well-equipped, and set in a peaceful environment. Linda’s homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, and a highlight of our mornings. Our children were especially fascinated by the horses in the stable at the back of the yard, which added a special touch to the experience. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

My family stayed two nights and the facility was as same as explained in the Air B&B website. When I asked if I could use BBQ stand , Carrie immediately delivered it. The soundings are peaceful , we could drive to some local good cafe ( for example, Twister sister’s coffee) in 10 min. Definitely it is recommended for families who love nature and peaceful environment.

Host: Scott was lovey since our first correspondence. He provided me with detailed instructions on how to enter the house and later provided many restaurant recommendations in the area. He was responsive to any questions and went above and beyond. He was so nice we were hoping to meet him, but unfortunately, never had the opportunity. The home: First of all, it’s literally new. Everything. It’s impeccably clean and supplied with high end equipment. Furthermore, he forgot NOTHING, as the house is furnished with any and all things you could possibly need. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, as well as plenty of plush towels! Also, beautifully decorated. Just my style- I did not want to leave. The property: The house has a large fenced in yard, a gorgeous and enormous flowering tree, a fire pit with multiple chairs and a brand new grill! The comfortable screened in porch was great for coffee and wine/beer in the rain! This house is a true FIVE.

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the cabin for our 10th Anniversary and we had the most peaceful, relaxing stay. The location is impeccable - very private, beautiful setting, close to nearby cute towns. We loved falling asleep listening to the creek and seeing the fireflies over the water. The cabin is adorable and well appointed. Finally, Sam and Catherine could not have been better hosts- very easy to communicate with, reached out with tips, and our dogs enjoyed running around together. We will absolutely be back!

Exactly as described, they were able to take us in on short notice and the communication was quick and clear throughout. Lived the home and we had no complaints, thank you!

We booked the farmhouse at Ten Barn Farm for a family of 4 visiting us from the UK. It was a great choice all round. Having brunch at The Kitchen on site when they arrived on Sunday morning was delicious and fun. It’s a warm, inviting house with everything you need, the goats and chickens were a lovely bonus for the kids, and the beautiful gardens and property to roam. Close to Art Omi for walks, 10 minutes to Chatham for shopping and wandering, and of course Hudson is only a short drive too. A peaceful and bucolic retreat if you wanted to stay put. They didn’t use the hot tub but it’s a great plus. Peter was a great host, responsive and flexible. We hope to book it again in the future.

We loved our upstate getaway to the Hudson area. The house is soooo cute, beds are comfortable, and stunning views of nature/wildlife (we saw deer every day). We were so pleased with how well equipped the kitchen was for cooking. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to bustling Warren Street. The hosts were incredibly helpful & responsive throughout the weekend. It snowed pretty hard and a team was there first thing in the morning to plow the driveway and throw down salt. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! ♥️

The house was very spacious, the kids ranging from 6-10 loved the games, especially cue ball and fuzz ball. The adults loved the fact there was a lower half where the kids can watch movies and play, while the adults did grown up chatting in the living space. A memorable ski weekend that everyone enjoyed to the fulliest and sad it went so fast. We look forward returning one day in the spring or summer to see a different aspect of the area. Thank you!

The house, particularly the bedrooms and bathrooms, is very spacious and the property is gorgeous with gardens and an expansive, well-kept lawn. The kitchen and bathrooms have been fixed up and are well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfy and the location is convenient, peaceful and quiet. You can tell this is their personal home and they’ve put a lot of care into making it what it is today. That being said, the house is cute and photographs very well, but be prepared for a more rustic-chic feel instead of luxurious. There is only one TV and it’s in an upstairs bedroom, the stairs are very steep and a little precarious going up and down, and there are no lamps in any of the bedrooms which made turning out the light and going to bed an awkward experience. Also no shades on the bedroom windows so you’re up with the sun. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and none of these things were big issues but something to keep in mind when booking.

Historic late 19th century farmhouse in beautiful surroundings. Peaceful, quiet, clean- lovely flower arrangements and farm fresh eggs to greet us. We especially liked sitting on the porches, listening to and watching the birds. We enjoyed meeting James, and our stay was memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully restored 175-year-old farmhouse. The blend of historic charm and modern updates made for a great weekend in Pine Plains. The home was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, and there was plenty of space for hanging together as a group (including a nice picnic table for drinking coffee in the morning outside). It really is a perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort. The hosts were responsive and made check-in a breeze. Would stay here again.

Our stay here was fantastic! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need to feel right at home. Including a kitchen stocked with essentials, lots of fire wood and games. The location of perfect right between Hudson and Great Barrington and it felt super private. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy to stay at Jill's Little Blue Cabin for a second time! It is a gem of an accommodation, nestled in a woodland setting, super-comfortable, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. There is so much to do in the immediate area and in the nearby town of Hudson, and Jill's very helpful guide gave us ideas we never would have thought of on our own. Looking forward to our next stay there already!
