Holiday rentals with a patio in Colorado City

We had a wonderful stay! Brittany was incredibly sweet and communicative, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the entire trip. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free and pleasant experience!

Angelea's place was great! Easy 15-20 min drive to Zion visitor's center. Bed was super comfortable after a long day of hiking. Really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Having the ability to do laundry was so helpful. Angelea is excellent with communication. Thanks for a great stay!

I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s and I can easily say that Happy‘s place is the best one I have stayed in so far. Happy is warm and friendly and hospitable. The room was comfortable and clean and inviting. I felt right at home. I hope I will get a chance to stay here again!

What a great location! We enjoyed all the Sports Village has to offer, 2 pools, club house, great views. Quiet, clean, well stocked condo with everything we needed. The condo is like described and well kept. Would stay again

This charming location provided a wonderful home base for our family visit. The proximity to scenic natural areas enhanced our stay. We enjoyed exploring the nearby trails and breathtaking views. It offered a peaceful retreat while still being convenient to family. We appreciate having found such a delightful spot.

We had an awesome stay! This stay is conveniently located to Zion and Bryce but also in a nice town itself! The space itself was perfect for what we needed and super clean. It had everything we needed, you could tell it was well thought out. We also had a really good experience with the hosts, they accommodated a need we had very well! We would recommend this stay to anyone!

The house was a little smaller than expected but otherwise it worked out great. Location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The kids loved the backyard!

If you want to watch golfers that is the place to do it. Great communication. Great places for walks. Beautiful!

Great spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the park. It's a great spot to get there, go to sleep, and head out in the morning.

The home was extremely clean, you could tell everything was professionally done. It was well stocked with everything needed in a home, from kitchen pots and pans to blankets. The hot tub was preheated which made it quick to hop in at night. The view was beautiful, having the horses in the front was a chiefs kiss to wake up to daily. Checkin and checkout was easy. Just noting, on the app it says checkout is at 11am, but the host request checkout to be at 10am. The home is very family friendly, tons of space. Having a washer and dryer was great for cleaning our hiking clothes after use. The home is a little further out, a hour from Zion. There isn’t a ton to do around in the area but there is a grocery store near by, which is nice. Such a beautiful find and comfortable stay!

Man - if you are going to go to Zion this is the place. Super close to the Davis grocery and 10 minutes from some great pizza.

I loved my stay here! It was clean and exactly as described in the information provided. Jeremy was very accommodating to my changing schedule!

Great studio apartment. It’s in a resort full of vacation rentals so it always was peaceful outside. Pool and hot tub was nice and there was always covered parking. A/C worked great, and we used the heck out of the kitchen. We had an issue with the patio door but that was resolved with nearly immediate response.

We loved our stay here! The pools were amazing, our favorite being the family pool. Place was clean and there were plenty of blankets and pillows! AC was a dream. Thank you for having us!

We couldn’t say enough great things about the place the entire time we stayed. It was the perfect size for our extended family and plenty to do! We will be booking again and recommending to friends and family!

The check in was easy and explained well, the pool and hot tub were nice to be able to do on the property. We ran into one issue with the breaker going out and golden was so quick to help. We enjoyed our stay!
