House holiday rentals in Colonia Nápoles

Tuvimos una reunión familiar con cuatro generaciones en la casa. Hubo niños de 1, 3 y 6 años, sus papás y abuelos. La casa es hermosa y cómoda. Preparamos nuestros desayunos en la casa y pedimos comida de restaurantes para comer en la casa. Caminamos a Granja las Americas con los niños. Y fuimos a Chapultepec en Ubers. Disfrutamos mucho la casa. María Roxana siempre respondió pronto a preguntas. Agradecemos su hospitalidad.

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, la vista es muy bonita y la zona tranquila, el agua de la alberca está a buena temperatura y cuenta con todo lo indispensable

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time!! The home was gorgeous and well-furnished, the backyard was beautiful and accommodations were made (high chair and crib) for our 1 year old daughter upon request. Location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted to see in CDMX, and the neighborhood was quiet but far from dead. Highly recommend staying here instead of one of the hotels nearby!

Gema was great and super helpful with everything. She was always responsive and proactive. I would definitely recommend this place! We were here on a boy's trip and the indoor private pool and location were perfect!

Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in general. Had an amazing rooftop that was fun to use and enjoy. Location is worth highlighting, lots to do, walkable, peaceful, access to so many things. Highly recommend

We stayed in Sofia’s place for three nights and all went well. We didn’t meet Sofia but she was responsive when we did get in touch. The patio is a really nice feature, beds are comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the zocalo of Coyoacán. Love the neighborhood; we have been here multiple times before.

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

Luz’s home is a wonderful piece of architecture in a beautiful neighborhood. She kindly allowed us to check in early and communicated clearly throughout. The area is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of CDMX that preceded this stay. Only minor flag is that the lack of A/C is particularly pronounced as the home gets quite hot and the fans leave a little to be desired in terms of setting up a cross breeze to cool the home given all the lovely light it gets throughout the day.

Impeccable stay. Me and my work team were in CDMX for a big stressful project with long hours. This house was perfect to come home to. It's on a quiet street, but located close (5 min walk) to lively neighbourhoods. Lots of excellent cafes, and iconic restaurants nearby. Kitchen is a properly stocked kitchen with high end appliances, plate wear, and all the utensils you want to cook a serious meal...most Airbnbs are not stocked like this. Daily cleaning included was a BLESSING with four us working long hours. Lastly the house stays remarkably cool despite it being quite warm outside during the day. Very comfortable.
