In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style. It has high ceilings with wooden beams, an open-plan layout, a loft with an open-plan kitchen, and a bedroom in the mezzanine with a low ceiling and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time has all the modern comforts, for a wonderful vacation. Features a daybed, private pool, air conditioning and heating. 2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

TRADITION, NATURE AND PEACE. It is a Mallorcan farmhouse over 250 years old. Restored with a lot of love and above all respecting its original essence. It is part of a small village called "Son Calderó" consisting of 6 houses, located in a rural area of Felanitx. "Son Valls". It's an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.
