We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung war hell, gut aufgeteilt und vor allem sauber. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und 2-3 gute Lokale in der Nähe. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls sehr gut geklappt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klima hat die Hitze in der Nacht um einiges aushaltbarer gemacht. Einziges Manko waren die Gelsen. Also für einen nächsten Besuch würde ich persönlich einen Gelsenstecker mitnehmen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können hier nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig gelegen ist und trotzdem ist alles im Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 5 min. ist man im Hafen wo es auch die Möglichkeit gibt schwimmen zu gehen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. This home in Portocolom is amazing. The location right on the water is a huge plus to not only be able to jump in and swim, kayak, os SUP whenever you want, but it faces west so the sunsets on a chaise with a glass of Spanish wine were a highlight of our trip. There were lots of things for 2 preteen boys to occupy themselves with including ping pong, a piano, guitars, toys and even a puppet stage they surprisingly got a kick out of. The local beach is leas than a 5 minute walk, wonderful food and service at both restaurants there and you can reserve sun beds. Maria and her family were super friendly, her son met us for check in and gave us a walkthrough of the home. She was very responsive over what’s app and gave us a ton of recommendations, even told of us the local Santanyi market which we ended up gong to twice because my wife loved it so much. Overall one of the best airbnbs we’ve rented and we would highly recommend it for a family of 4 to 6.

Our stay in Cala Llombards was absolutely perfect. The home is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But the real highlight is the location: just meters from the beach, with breathtaking views overlooking the crystal-clear blue waters. Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying coffee on the terrace with that view was truly unforgettable. It’s a peaceful, idyllic spot that feels like a hidden gem. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

Felt right at home! The house is well decorated and stoked and very peaceful! It was wonderful waking up and either going to look at the ocean or a swim at the Cala! Isabelle was very attentive yet easy going! Great location for a quick drive to other cala’s or smaller towns!

Carmen’s House was amazing. We really had fun staying and the interiors were stunning. Would recommend her place to anyone because the location is so close to the pretty beaches in the island. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time :).

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! Die Unterkunft war für uns als Gruppe wirklich super. Es war alles sauber und es gab super viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es war genau das vorhanden, was Catalina auch in ihrer Beschreibung stehen hat. Die Mücken sind durch den See bisschen penetrant, aber darauf waren wir vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation lief super.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Wij hebben met ons gezin een geweldige vakantie in het huis van Guillermo gehad. Het is een ruim, mooi huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Guillermo is een fijne host: heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Het huis is op 5 minuten lopen van de baai van Font de sa Cala gelegen. Met de auto ben je in 15 minuten bij andere mooie stranden in de regio. Dank je wel voor het verblijf in jouw huis Guillermo, we hopen in de toekomst nog eens terug te komen!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
