Excellent place , 10 points privacy and access practice

Great place, beautiful area, a lot of activities that can be done. You have some of the best views from the apartment. There’s a mall that’s across the street, and has anything you need. The area is as well great, less of a tourist feel and more with the locals. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended again.

Jesus was a pleasure to speak to and the place is exactly as described. No elevator and apartment I stayed in was on the 4th floor. No other complaints at all. Excellent host and fantastic place.

A beautiful place, the attention of Andrés super friendly all the time, attentive to what you may need, super quiet the environment, very comfortable, clean and with very nice energy, I recommend it 100%, a plus is that you can have breakfast on the balcony and around you go to see squirrels and birds all the time, incredible, I loved it.

Nice place. Perfect for my stay. Front desk attentive and guest friendly. Host was very attentive to my needs and very responsive with my issues. All in all a excellent place and host. Would return.

Hey guy I really enjoyed this place security is tight so you felt protected and the place was located near supermarket and a strip of eatery and lots of stores near by and a supermarket which I love call La Vaquita , so much to do you can get to the mall for less then $3 omg trust me all rides are so char the place is very clean lots of towel washing machine super clean sheets and the bathroom very clean all you need is to be ready to book fun tours from airbnb omg we booked a supermarket which nice tour and it was a $4 cab ride omg enjoy Medellin where dreams come true !!!!

Excellent place I recommend it, it is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets , the area is very safe and beautiful. The house is very comfortable clean , excellent attention from the owner Melissa and Doña Adriana who is always attentive to what is needed, she was always there to help us, very friendly and affectionate, really super delighted with the place my family enjoy to the fullest, I hope at some point to be able to return and if not the experience was wonderful. House with all the comforts needed in a good travel experience.

Great responsive host and whatever you might need he will handle it for you. Location is very walkable to everything you need. Good area. Try the ice cream around the corner you would love it

Excellent attention super friendly and the place is very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a very quiet stay, the area is very close to restaurants and the city attractions, the pdf was very helpful with all the directions and recommendations that the hostess gave me. I loved staying again without thinking about it.

We loved our stay here! We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our family of 5 (with young kids), plenty of room, clean, and a perfect location, very safe area. We could walked to so many delicious restaurants and the metro without issues. Our flight was delayed getting us in during the middle of the night but still someone happily welcomed us in the middle of the night with welcome treats, what a refreshing start to a fantastic week in Medellin!

My family and I happened to stumble upon this gem of a house about 3 years ago and just recently stayed again. Its location is as prime as it gets plus the house is very large, comfortable and clean. With cleaning person included who is excellent. Rooms are equipped with mini splits and each have their own bathroom. Can’t say enough, this place and host are the best in Medellin!

What a perfect spot to explore Medellín, and an incredible view. It’s the perfect walking distance from the hustle and bustle in an incredibly designed building. Loved it!

As advertised, comfortable apartment in the El Poblado neighborhood; washer and dryer were a savior during a long trip. Conrad was a great host, with great communication before and during our stay.
