Casa Vacanze Otium sorge nel cuore del Sasso Caveoso, in posizione panoramica e strategica per visitare gli antichi rioni della città.Dotata di due luminose camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno autonomo. In più: terrazzo privato, ampia cucina/salottino con possibilità di aggiungere un posto letto grazie ad una comoda poltrona-letto. P.S: Per le prenotazioni con due ospiti, l'utilizzo di entrambe le camere da letto (invece che di una soltanto) è previsto un costo aggiuntivo di 30 euro a notte.

La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

Situata nel Sasso Barisano, la Suite San Biagio è scavata completamente nel tufo e offre l'esperienza unica e magica di dormire nei Sassi di Matera. Le pareti divisorie sono realizzate in vetro satinato, ma con un tocco le renderai trasparenti così da poter apprezzare l’ambiente nella sua suggestiva interezza.
