We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

I had an amazing 4-day stay at this beautiful property in Marco Island! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. What made the experience even better was the outstanding hospitality from the host, Andrew. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and always communicative — checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering help whenever needed. Carla's place was definitely worth the price. The home was meticulously clean and we really appreciated the modern kitchen appliances, which we used daily to cook and clean the dishes. The furniture is very comfortable, although we found the extra mattress topper in the master bedroom making the bed too soft. The master shower is amazing! Kids and I loved the pool and the partial shade throughout the Am morning and evening. Everything was supplied - beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and fully stocked kitchen. Even rice cookers, crock pot and air fryer are available, as well as 3 ways to make coffee ☕. Publix stores and Walmart very close by, Loudermilk park/Beach within an 18- minute drive. Thank you, Carla, this would be a place to come back to if visiting area again.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Loved the balcony. We got to view lots of sea life to include daily dolphin sightings. Great place to find shells on the beach. Nice accommodations that include beach chairs, umbrella, and toys which was fantastic. Condo well stocked and clear check in/out instructions. We had a very relaxing vacation. Can’t wait until we can visit again. We would highly recommend booking the is condo. Host very friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

This is our second year in a row staying at Bob’s home. We absolutely love the property. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and many other things to do. The home is in great shape, very clean and all the amenities you need to enjoy the property! We will definitely book again.

It was a wonderful stay! Ben was very kind and provided wonderful service during our stay. He provided bikes so we wouldn’t have to pay for parking and it was only 10 minutes to the beach. If you’re looking for a quiet vacation, this is the place to be! The home was plenty of space to host friends family or even furry companions.

Great location in Naples close to shopping and restaurants. House was beautiful and well appointed, great for families. plenty of space. Gorgeous lanai and pool. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Kelly was extremely responsive with clear check i/building access instructions. Pictures don’t do the unit justice and it bugger than we realized. Beautiful view of ocean and canal. Walk to ocean is approx 5min and easily accessible through private walkway. Thank you for the wonderful stay and look forward to returning!

I often give Airbnb hosts positive reviews, but this place really was wonderful. We needed to visit family in the area, so it met our specific needs well, but anyone would enjoy this place. It has a lovely pool (screened in to keep away bugs), is a fun bike ride away from the beach, and close to downtown Bonita springs and near lovely Naples. We want to come back next year!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We really take care of and feel at home in your home. Because that's how you make us feel, really well taken care of. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This was our second stay at this stunning beachfront condo on Marco Island, and it truly felt like another week in paradise. We loved every moment—relaxing by the ocean, waking up to breathtaking water views from the balcony, and taking peaceful morning strolls along the expansive beaches, especially Tigertail. The beach wagon was a thoughtful touch that made getting to the shore a breeze. Gerrit was a fantastic, responsive host who made everything seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
