The Nest among the Chestnut Trees

Il Nido is located on the fourth floor of the Panorama residence. It stands on a green hill surrounded by chestnut trees. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and indulge in moments of relaxation while sipping an exquisite local wine at sunset. The apartment has every comfort, a kitchen equipped with a fridge and a refrigerator compartment, a sofa, a TV, and a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. In addition to the large bedroom, there is a loft with futon ideal for children.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
