The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Relax and enjoy the gorgeous view from this terrace! Come stay in an ancient house, in the center of the town, few steps away from Villa d'Este. The apartment is located in the limited traffic zone of the town, but you can reach it by car between 14.00 - 17.00 and 23.00 - 7.00. There are 2 parking lot about 600m from the apartment or at the sides of the roads (blue stripes), around the town hall, about 200 m from the apartment.

Small independent apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa with a private entrance and guarded parking. Equipped with a double bed, living room with sofa, kitchen with oven, fridge and a hob with 4 burners. There is a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Outside the small living room, you can find a small and comfortable terrace.
