The apartment is 1 bedroom for up to 4 people, the bedroom has 2 beds (Double) and A/C, it has its full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, TV with cable, high speed internet (fiber optic). It has all the services inclusive. WE DO NOT HAVE A POOL SERVICE.

Apartment 2-B for 4 PEOPLE on the 2nd floor. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony overlooking the BOULEVARD We have common areas in 4to piso: PANORAMIC POOL, PALAPA BAR, BARBECUE and ACCESS TO the BEACH just 40 meters away!!! CLEANING at additional cost. Canadian Sr. Citizens are very welcome for long term stays! :) NO parties, music, or noise. NO smoking. NO visit.

If you come to Manzanillo for work and by car, this is an excellent option for your privacy, tranquility and progress on slopes. It has fast internet and desk; you can cook, bring food and store it in the fridge, there is water in a bottle. If you want to relax, you can watch TV on the Roku screen. No climbing stairs, tent next door The common factor in space is maps. The space is not adapted for children.

Beautiful central apartment in the city of Colima. Just 4 blocks from the cathedral. A very cozy space to enjoy as a family or with your partner. All the comforts as if you were at home. We don't have private parking, but you can park right outside the property on the street or if you prefer, due to its proximity to the center, there are parking lots and pensions at good prices near the area.

Super sunsets and constant whale watching from our large balcony. Exceptional swimming right in front of the place. Luis had our beach umbrella in place every morning and was responsive to our needs. This place is perfect for older couples, maybe not so much for kids looking for night life. Great seafood place on the beach a few steps away

Beautiful place to stay, the views were amazing, theres a few restaurants and store at walking distance which was a plus. The only issue was parking, there’s no assigned parking and you have to walk long distance and take three elevators to your room, there’s also two washers to do laundry but you have to air dry your clothes, a dryer is needed. Other than that it was a great stay and would book again. Daniel was responsive to our needs, great host.

The apartment is very comfortable, the one on the ground floor is a plus, because you have an excellent ocean view and quick access to the pool, which has ideal temperature. It has air-conditioning which is appreciated. My family really enjoyed the stay, and the ocean views. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay in Colima was very pleasant, we went on a family vacation, the truth is that staying in this apartment was like being at home. I exceed my expectations since the place is really as described in the photos, very comfortable, in a very quiet area, with shops nearby where we could acquire what we needed to cook and maintain the cleanliness of the place. When I return to Colima, I will look again if it is possible to stay here again.
