La Victoria Centro Colima with a Pool

La Victoria, six blocks from Historic Downtown, is an old house listed by INAH. The first part is preserved with its original facade from the last century, two bedrooms, and a living room in the old part with two sofa beds and three full bathrooms. A cool house with natural ventilation as it has three gardens. In the back there is a small terrace and pool. It has a washing machine and a kitchen with the basics. The house has an old-fashioned touch typical of Colima from the beginning of the last century.
