Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, is in a desirable position on the outskirts of Valor. With stunning views over un-spoilt countryside, you will forget you are in actually in a village. A few minutes walk, takes you to the centre with bars, restaurants and shops . There are mule tracks and local senderos to explore by foot, straight from the house. Add in the private pool, large garden, piano, music system, shady veranda and stunning terrace and you have the perfect holiday destination.

Casa Cerezo. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

We are offering our lovingly restored ,ancient and quiet villagehouse beside our big garden with views onto the Sierra Nevada mountains. The house is set in the romantic village of Jorairatar, ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. Perfect place for walking and cycling activities and to explore this yet undiscovered part of the " Las Alpujarras " . Jorairatar has a couple of small supermarkets and the little town of Ugijar is only under 15 min cardrive away and provides most things.
