Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is on the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European cycle path "Transiberia». The Loire runs along the canal: between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular promenade site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village.
