The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

My place is close to the Teja dam (Terrenho - Trancoso); Solar dos Brasis; Senhora da Lapa (Sernancelhe); Rock Art (Vila Nova de Foz Côa); Douro River. You'll love my place because it's quiet, has good access to rural areas with a pleasant view over chestnut groves and agricultural lands. The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
