Beachfront holiday rental in Coconino County

I didn’t analyze the whole park very closely, but I believe this is best spot in the park! The river was only a couple yards away and was amazing for bird watching. The wood ducks were awesome. The tiny home was simple but perfect for our needs.

The A frame is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, listening to Oak Creek and the wildlife. I definitely recommend Julie’s home to anyone thinking of visiting Sedona.

This stay at Lori's beautiful home was as wonderful as always. It was so nice to bring one of my friends this time around. She has been extra weary over her husband's cancer and very long radiation therapy. It was such a nice respite for her. I loved taking the short hike to the overlook and creek. We enjoyed the star filled sky at night and good eats in town during the day. Having the comfiest beds ever, made for an amazing night's sleep. The coziness and warmth of this magical place brought so much healing. Thank you Lori for providing such lovey stay.

Very comfortable tiny house with a great location. My daughters and I have a lot of fun fishing and exploring the area. Pet friendly, and quick access to downtown Cottonwood. Close to a lot of the good Sedona stuff. The futon bed is too small to fit anyone but a seven or eight year-old, but the downstairs held a queen air mattress no problem

Charming and with great views, David’s place was a lovely stay. Only a 20 minute drive from Sedona, it fit the bill perfectly for our needs. The decor was rustic and cozy, with a modern style that made us feel right at home. The place was spacious and comfortable. Sitting out by the fire pit under the stars was lovely. Only a couple minor complaints, while the place was generally quite clean, we found several hairs here and there. As other’s mentioned, there is some noise from the adjoining unit. The tv audio quality is very tinny. The owner’s shower head is too big and therefore has little pressure, causing you to have to get really close up to the wall to rinse off. The shower not having a door creates spray that has to be wiped up afterwards. We found the hot tub temp to be a bit finicky but were able to get it to work for the most part. Finally, we missed some amenities in the kitchen like decent baking sheets and casserole dishes. Overall loved & would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described! This place is a beautiful oasis in the woods. The reservation comes with access to a huge property that is very peaceful and private. It is an amazing place to relax and enjoy nature. My husband, dog, and I really enjoyed our time here.

We came for spring break with another family - 4 adults and 5 kids total, ranging from 2 years old to 8 years old. The place was perfect for our group. The kids spent most of their day outside playing near the creek, catching lizards, building sand castles, and enjoying the hot tub. We BBQed almost every night. The house isn't really walkable to easy shopping or dining, but we weren't there for that. We drove to different hiking spots (Grasshopper and West Fork were great for our group - leave the house by 9am or after 2:30pm otherwise traffic is terrible). Walmart delivered to the house and there are three other grocery stores within 15 mins. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this place and hope we get to go back! Thank you for the memories.

This property was beautiful and the location was perfect. The view and property was as beautiful also. A walk to the greek and the comfort of this home is what made our stay twice as much greatful to be here. David was also such a great help with communication and always checking in on how everything was going and if he could be more of any service to reach out. Will definitely look into staying here again and recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you again David..

Tia’s place is better than the photos. It is a truly incredible space with everything you could need—an extremely well-stocked kitchen with great appliances (KitchenAid, air fryer, slow cooker), and a stunning backyard with amazing private creek access. I spent a long weekend here with my sisters and girlfriends and we didn’t feel much need to leave the property! Don’t hesitate—book it!

The Marigold was wonderful. We had everything we needed and the thoughtfulness to comfort was appreciated. The property was beautiful and we could have spent our entire stay on the patio. I truly gorgeous place.

The true definition of oasis! The tranquility and beauty is stunning and Troy and Katherine are exceptionally kind and helpful - their love of the space radiates! So many thoughtful touches - from kitchen to bathroom to laundry and beyond. Comfortable and private - plus being able to enjoy the gardens, the river, and the hot tub only made this space even more special. So grateful for such an amazing stay in Sedona!

Beautiful property, exactly as described! The sound of the creek & the views of Cathedral Rock while soaking in the hot tub are worth the money! The bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. The location of the property is in close proximity to some good restaurants but also away from the high traffic area uptown which is nice. Loved that we could do a hike along the creek straight from the backyard. Can’t wait to stay again! Of note- there were guests in the yurt during our stay and they kept their distance but you could see them while you were enjoying the hot tub. The host did say they are working on the privacy wall (just waiting on some things to come in to make that happen and still look beautiful). There will be foot traffic during the day, sunset, and sometimes morning due to the nearby park/trail that is open to the public. The Airbnb is private property and clearly marked though which is great! The place has everything you need. Great location and views. Will be back!
