view is awesome. doesn’t have its own pool it’s separate and before you go up the steep hill to the airbnb there’s a small super market that can be useful. there’s also an asian market down the street.

A fascinating place!!! The photos do not do justice to the beautiful view from the apartment. We definitely loved it, 100% recommended, and the sunsets from that balcony are dreamy. The truth would be back!!!

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Romel is a kind person, he always cared for every detail , he recommended nearby places such as restaurants , the place is very peaceful, excellent to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax, the apartment is super equipped with kitchen items and appliances, it is very clean and the people who live and stay in the condominium are very pleasant, there is a lot of nature and the maintenance people are very kind and have very clean and well-maintained facilities. I went with my 67 year old mom and she was delighted. The beach is super close and the pool is a delight.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. I had a fantastic stay at Diana’s apartment in El Coco. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to her clear and prompt communication. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet, gated community, it offered a peaceful environment while still allowing for friendly interactions with neighbors. Amenities like the pool and laundry facilities were a bonus, though I wish I’d had more time to enjoy them fully. Diana’s proactive approach and attention to detail made the experience even better. I would definitely return, especially for a longer stay to make the most of all the offerings.

After over 20 visits to Costa Rica I thought I had seen everything but I was wrong. This gem was fabulous! This condo is no more than 150 meters (probably less) from the beach, super comfortable bed, swimming pool, and walking distance to everything that one needs. Oh how I wish every other stay was as good as our stay here!

Had a lovely stay with Katarzyna. Very attentive hostess that treated us like family. The condo was very conveniently located, minutes from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to stores and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor space. Great neighborhood with bars, restaurants and convenience store nearby.

Great place altogether, easy to access, great communication with Clermont and has everything you need. Good space, so you don't feel locked up, it has kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 TVs, table with extra chairs... The bedroom is comfy and everything felt private, despite being in front of the pool, which is a nice add. About a 15' walk to the beach and even quicker to get to a market for example. Really recommended!

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is very nice, comfortable and has everything we need. The place is very quiet and nice, the pool is great. I highly recommend Marina's place to stay 100%.

The Bungalows near Flamingo Beach truly lived up to my expectations. The views surrounding the property were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, which was a lovely spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was immaculate and well-maintained. Our host was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to any issues we encountered and offering valuable suggestions for local dining and activities.

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

Solo female traveling alone. Felt immediately safe and comfortable in the gated community and walking alone to the beach and town. Friendly staff around who really care and take care of the property. Would highly recommend for your stay in Coco Beach! P.S. In case you play pickleball, check out The Club at Coco Bay which is a 5 minute walk. Day passes available. Buy at the desk, not online.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was lovely — beautifully styled, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view was spectacular, offering a high vantage point over the beach that made every sunrise and sunset feel special. It's also in a great location, very close to all the best beaches around Potrero and Las Catalinas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Aqua de LaChuga (ADL) was amazing! It was easy to find, getting in to the unit was easy and it was nicely cleaned in anticipation of our arrival. When we did have questions, Paul was super responsive and provided succinct information that we needed. The pool at the location has to be the best in the area. Large enough to do laps if interested plus the "swim up bar" provided a nice place to get out of the sun but stay in the pool. The location of ADL can't be better. Everything we needed was no more than a 10 minute walk - the beach, grocery stores, gym, bank, barber, and restaurants both downtown and in Las Palmas. The long term residents were helpful when we had questions about societal norms or looking for recommendations. They are a welcoming group of expats. We used the balcony on the upper level of the unit every day for our meals and to watch the sunset. Having a full bath on both levels was helpful and the washer and dryer were a treasured amenity.
