This 1st floor unit has 1bed/1bth with a king size bed, fully equipped open kitchen to the living room, and large balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset most of the year. Accessible only by 4x4 vehicle. In the common area you will find the pool and deck with umbrellas and comfortable lounge chairs, Hermosa beach is +- 8 minutes drive.

We are located off the main road, only 200 meters from the beach and close to the best shops and restaurants in town.
