Holiday rentals with a patio in Cobán

This place is super close to the city, but nice to be outside the business. It is easy to get to, and the directions were detailed and on point. We went during Semana Santa and had trouble finding restaurants open and driving around the city with processions. We were so glad to have this Airbnb outside the city where PedidosYa would still deliver. The hot water takes a bit to get going, but it’s there if you let the sink run before getting into the shower. The hosts were super responsive. Absolutely recommend this to anyone exploring the Coban area.

Excellent location and very elegant house

We had a great time staying here. It was the perfect midpoint to visit Hun Nal Ye and Semuc Champey. The house is a few minutes from downtown Coban and one of the main plazas. The house is beautiful and the property was nice and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the interior details and decor were on point. The electric gate and getting into and out of the house was super easy. You are surrounded by mountains so the sunrises are amazing. We brought our dogs with us and they loved it here. The one thing to keep in mind is that the road to the neighborhood and property is not paved. There is a steep part of the road that had our SUV tires sliding (nothing major) when leaving the neighborhood. We loved Erick's house and hope to come back one day.
